Our Standard APASelect Minimum Requirements:
Current automotive industry experience (at least within the last three years).
A consistent record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives, substantiated by excellent references from previous supervisors, peers and subordinates.
A high degree of ethics and integrity, personally and professionally.
A "team-orientation" that welcomes the involvement of others.
Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Our Standard APASelect Requirements for "Executive/Leadership" roles:
Excellent leadership and team building skills. The ability to give an organization its vision, translate that vision into reality, and to draw others into that vision.
Substantial experience and success in strategic planning and execution. The ability and knowledge to develop successful business plans and put them into a well written document/presentation.
Excellent financial skills with a thorough understanding of profit and loss and an appreciation of the role to be played by all organizational functions.
Excellent people skills. Empathetic, open, flexible, and comfortable in dealing with a broad range of personalities. A personality/style that "pulls" rather than "pushes."
Education - An undergraduate degree from an accredited college; MBA preferred (or equivalent experience).
