Our Standard APASelect Minimum Requirements:
  • Current automotive industry experience (at least within the last three years).
  • A consistent record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives, substantiated by excellent references from previous supervisors, peers and subordinates.
  • A high degree of ethics and integrity, personally and professionally.
  • A "team-orientation" that welcomes the involvement of others.
  • Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Our Standard APASelect Requirements for "Executive/Leadership" roles:
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills. The ability to give an organization its vision, translate that vision into reality, and to draw others into that vision.
  • Substantial experience and success in strategic planning and execution. The ability and knowledge to develop successful business plans and put them into a well written document/presentation.
  • Excellent financial skills with a thorough understanding of profit and loss and an appreciation of the role to be played by all organizational functions.
  • Excellent people skills. Empathetic, open, flexible, and comfortable in dealing with a broad range of personalities. A personality/style that "pulls" rather than "pushes."
  • Education - An undergraduate degree from an accredited college; MBA preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent References.
